These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all users of the Zylo streaming platform and related services available at watchzylo.com and through any Zylo mobile, desktop, or TV applications (collectively, the “Services”). The Services include access to licensed and original streaming content, platform features, software, and user interfaces provided by Zylo (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your location) to create an account and purchase a subscription. If minors access the Services, they must do so under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
You are responsible for:
keeping your login credentials confidential
all activity that occurs under your account
notifying us promptly of any unauthorized access
Account sharing outside your household is not permitted.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Access to Zylo generally requires a paid subscription.
By subscribing, you authorize Zylo to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) until you cancel.
Subscription fees are charged at the start of each billing period
Applicable taxes may apply
Prices may change with prior notice
Payments are processed securely by third-party payment processors. We do not store full credit card numbers.
You may cancel your subscription at any time in your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing, but does not automatically refund prior charges.
Unless otherwise required by law, subscription payments are non-refundable.

Zylo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream content through the Services for personal, non-commercial use only.
You agree NOT to:
download, copy, record, mirror, or capture content
publicly perform, broadcast, or distribute content
sell, transfer, or sublicense your access
bypass DRM, geo-blocks, or security features
share your login credentials
access the Services in violation of applicable law
All content remains the exclusive property of Zylo or its licensors.
Content availability may change over time. We may add, modify, or remove titles without notice.
Streaming quality depends on factors including:
internet bandwidth
device type
network traffic
geographic location
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance.
All Zylo trademarks, logos, software, graphics, and content are owned by Zylo or its licensors and protected under intellectual property laws.
No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described in Section 5.

Include the required DMCA elements in your notice. We will review claims and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to disputed content.
We may work with third-party vendors to provide hosting, analytics, payment processing, and other functionality. Use of the Services may also be subject to those providers’ policies.
We are not responsible for third-party websites or services accessed through Zylo.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zylo disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including:
merchantability
fitness for a particular purpose
accuracy
reliability
availability
Use of the Services is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zylo and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or service interruption.
Zylo’s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions — in such cases, limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold Zylo harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time for violations of these Terms, fraud, or unlawful activity.
You may end your use at any time. Subscription cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in California.
We may update these Terms periodically. When we do, we will update the Effective Date above.
Continuing to use Zylo after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any posted policies, form the entire agreement between you and Zylo.
